Drop Everything and Read!!!

I thought it was fun to finally get away from the computers. It was a good time for everyone, everyone read and enjoyed. I enjoyed especially because i am reading a good book. I'm reading the Jim Morrison biography. I've enjoyed it so far i recommend it.

Storybird Project

This is the Storybird I created. The title is called The Magic Forest. It is about Harry and his friends. They are driving down the road and him and his friends find a magic tree in the forest. Then they travel thru the forest and find a bunch of new friends. I think that
anyone who is trying to teach children should use this to relate the subject material.

Technology and Education

My partner Jules and I created a Prezi for ISTE's Technology Committee.

The topic was over how we felt about 1:1 and PLN we have used so far this year. It was a lot of fun to create. Jules and I spent a lot of time on this project so take a look.

Juxio

We talked to the creator of Juxio, Will Younker. We discussed the advantages and disadvantages of Juxio. He was a really cool dude he asked us for help to see what we think should be able to be available to use. We talked about being able to control the speed. I learned how to create a slide show using Juxio.

What this class means to me?

This class is very important to are class. The reason i think it is because it is preparing us for the crazy advancements in the way of life with technology and such. I think this class is good for me. The reason i believe this is because i don't no anything about computers lol. I believe i'm learning more which is good because it is always good to well informed and be able to be as developed as my class mates. so in short i really thank van meter for giving me this opportunity to be in web 2.0/PLN
